Over the last six weeks, as I’ve embraced life as a new mum with my gorgeous little Eleanor, I’ve also been working on something incredibly exciting… a Pre & Postnatal Exercise Qualification!
Thanks to the amazing MumSafe and Jen Dugard, I’ve gained valuable knowledge on safe, effective movement for mums during pregnancy and postpartum. And I can’t wait to share everything with you!
As both a trainer and a new mum, I know firsthand how important it is to feel strong, supported, and confident in your body, whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or looking to rebuild your strength.
